Great night's sleep, ready to tackle the day!
Carpet cleaners come this morning and so does the regular cleaning lady - should be interesting!:eek:

WO - 4ds Bi's Tri's 2x and hopefully some cardio while J naps.

Eats will be squeaky clean!!! Yesterday was spot-on, today will be too!

Hey Kate, no work today. My plans are to pt together the tower, do back and tri. Also pay some bills :rolleyes: and laundry. I'm trying to figure out what to eat for dinner.

Going to a district wide Wellness Committee meeting today-they're serving a continental breakfast but I'm going to eat at home:) Might even hit Old Navy today since my dad's coming over;) Workout will be cardio and the abs I didn't do yesterday-probably some HIIT. Got my workout in yesterday-4DS S/B/T. Then had 3 slices of pizza for dinner:eek: What's new, right?

Kate, your house is going to be "clean and tidy" today:) How are you doing these workouts two times?! I'm wiped after the first round!

Robin, good luck with the tower-do some pull ups for me!

Angie, good workout! I wish my girlies came home for lunch:(

good morning all. i had a good early run after a very sleepless night, thanks aidan! hope to catch a nap today. i think i got like 4 hrs:(. did abs this am. we are going to the beach today. wish i did not have to put my suit on, but it is a good incentive to keep it clean.

I'm very late today.

It was a really weird night here last night. Nina, I got about the same sleep as you.
DH had to work overnight and I just couldn't sleep !

I finally fell asleep around 2:30 and then my sleep was very broken. I'm not feeling very with it today.

I did get CLX burn #3 done. Good thing it's only 30 minutes !!! :)

And it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :)

I am sore today. I did Max Cardio Conditioning and Insane Abs. I wish I could take a nap at work. Oh well. I am glad it is Friday and the weekend is almost here. I really need to rest and let my muscles recover.

Lisa, I am leaning out from Insanity but I need to watch my diet more.
Robin, interesting recipe. I am not a fan of pickled peppers. Let us know how it turns out.

Morning, everyone! Dinner was nice last night and tap was really fun. There are two new people in the class and they picked stuff up right away, which makes it more enjoyable for everyone.

Colleen, can you sleep in this weekend? I hope you get to relax.

Robin, does the recipe look hard? I don't like raisins, but I do love pickled peppers.

Becky, sorry about the lack of sleep, I know that's no fun. Rest up today if you can.

Hi Lisa! Did I miss anybody?

I'm getting things squared away at work so I can be gone. And, it turns out that my friend who lives in Chicago might join my other friends and me the night I'm there. I hope so, it will be really fun. Even if she doesn't go to the concert with us (we're going to see Brandi Carlile) she and I will meet up for brunch on Sunday, so that will be cool. Some of the folks I did the half marathon with are doing a bike ride around the Leelanau Peninsula this weekend. I wanted to go, but I need to visit my parents tomorrow and finish packing on Sunday. I'll join them next time.

Colleen I bet you are sore. Get some rest this weekend.

I'm done with tri and back and I suck at pull/chin ups. Cathe said to do as many as possible in 30 secs...I did 7 :mad:. I plan to work on pull ups at least times per week. I don't remember if Meso 2 have pull or chin ups.

Robin - I can't even do one pull-up unassisted.

Klaudia - You got your wo in so that's better than pizza and no workout. I was the opposite. Eats were good, but no workout.

Colleen - Relax over the weekend and enjoy it! Our Insanity is in the mail. Can't wait!

Nina - I second napping at the beach. Your night sounds a lot like mine. P was up tossing and turning so I wasn't sure if she would get up or go back down which ended up with me not sleeping very much. I am planning to head out for a run in a bit though.

Anne - Have a nice visit this weekend with your parents!

Becky - I am feeling the same. Totally off.

DH ordered Insanity and it is coming in the mail! We should have it by next week so I'm kind of excited to start it. I had such a productive day yesterday and it felt nice. I didn't get a workout in however. I'm going to finish nursing P then head out for a run. DH is sleeping, but he can watch her. Eats were good yesterday despite no working out. I was planning on that uphill walk, but didn't work out. Yay for Fridays!

Back from my meeting and just finished a nice clean lunch-except for a mini Snickers in the principal's office:) Nevena's napping-how my dad gets her to do that, I'll never know! No shopping-my mom didn't feel good so I didn't want to be out any longer than I had to. Will workout in a bit. Gonna do laundry and dust now-fun!

Nina, it was a Wellness Committee meeting-we attended a meeting where you could schedule a bunch of your school's wellness events at one time. It was fun! Hope you can find some time to rest for a bit. Have fun at the beach!

Been a crazy busy day here... sometimes I don't know how the day gets away from me!

Eats have been good but I am surfing the crimson wave and craving chocolate like a mad woman.

Katie, that's awesome news from your PT (via fb)! You really are a rockstar! It's so good to get those compliments now and then.

Kate, are you doing a rotation that recommends 4DS twice? Is it FF? Sounds like something she would do.

Robin, I commend you for trying pull-ups/chin-ups. I can't say I have tried one basically since high school. WTG!

Klaudia, the meeting at school sounds nice... but the snicker's sounds better! Did I mention craving chocolate?

Nina, I'm jealous of your trip to the beach. How far is it from your house? Are you starting to feel settled? Do you like FL?

Becky, I'm so anxious to try CLX. I think I will like it. Sorry about the non-sleepy night!

Colleen, both Ryan and I feel wiped from Insanity and I will honestly be thankful when the WOs aren't so ridiculous! I've enjoyed the rest week and it was definitely needed. You are doing great! Clean up that diet and get the most out of the next 3 weeks!
