Hello! Crazy day here, but clean eats and clean house/carpets too!:D

I did get my weights in so hurray for that. GOt lots to do so no time for personals - will try later...

Well ladies my beef empanadas with picked pepper turned out tasting good but looking crazy. I brought the wrong pie dough. I brought frozen and had to put it in the oven to defrost and then it got too soft. I ended up rollin it out and making a cheese burger pie.:rolleyes:

Kate I needed your help.

Quick check in before I'm done for the day. I'm going to Old Town (an area of my town) for Blues Fest. It should be fun. Just a last minute thing with a girlfriend.
