Butts & tights

Hi cathe,

I met you 3 weeks ago. You are amazing. Your dvd's are amazing and really different. I have problem with my butts & tights area. I am doing 'kick max' 4 times a week and 'Hard core series: gym style legs' 2 times a week. 1 day for rest. I am also carreful about nutrition like taking protein, L-carnitin, Cla and multivitamin pills. Is this program good for my situation? Do you have other recomandation?

I need your help. My boyfiend wants to see me fit before our wedding and I don't have much time. :)

Hi Inciser! I hope you are doing well.

Your body is probably pretty used to your program by now so I suggest shaking it up a bit. Try doing this for the next 4 weeks:

Lots of water everday. Low fat, moderate carb, well balanced, clean diet daily.


WEEK ONE AND TWO:

Day one: Butts and Guts

Day two: 10 minute warm up, 30 minute interval run (run briskly one minute walk briskly 90 seconds) and 10 minute stretch.

Day Three: Drill Max

Day Four: 40 minute steady state run and ONLY leg conditioning drills from Kick Max.

Day Five: Kick, Punch and Crunch

Day Six: Leaner Legs and Body Max 2 ONLY upper body sculpt section

Day Seven: Rest



Week THREE AND FOUR:

Day One: Imax 2

Day Two: Gym Style Legs

Day Three: 45 minute steady state run and 10 minutes core work

Day Four: Pyramid Upper Body

Day Five: Legs and Glutes

Day Six: Cardio and weights

Day Seven: Rest
