i have been on a cathe hiatus for a few months now. i've been doing my own thing. well i'm losing my motivation and have decided its time to get back into cathe. i craved doing a leg workout today so i pulled out butts and gutts. Oh my goodness! It kicked my butt. I have lost quit a bit of strength since not working out to cathe. She really pushes me to my limits. It felt so good! I'll probably have a hard time walking tomorrow LOL but it was so worth the toture!
