butts and gutts oh my!

i have been on a cathe hiatus for a few months now. i've been doing my own thing. well i'm losing my motivation and have decided its time to get back into cathe. i craved doing a leg workout today so i pulled out butts and gutts. Oh my goodness! It kicked my butt. I have lost quit a bit of strength since not working out to cathe. She really pushes me to my limits. It felt so good! I'll probably have a hard time walking tomorrow LOL but it was so worth the toture!
 
I just did all 4 of the B&G premixes last month and they really kicked my butt. No. 3 really worked me good (they all did but this one especially).

I'm thinking of doing Butts & Gutts on Wed. I had to deviate from the Sept rotation a bit, hope to get back on track next week with that one. I know B & G wiil get me good!!
