Butts and guts

I just love Butts and Guts too! I have gotten amazing results with it. The leg blast premix is great as a time saver and really works your muscles so much so that I actually feel it more the next day than I do with the full program.
I like to pair it up with one of the Hiit workouts, either pyramid or 30/30 so you "sneak" in some cardio. ;)
