burst resistance stability balls

Hi, I have a green stability I bought from FWonline a few years ago that I always use for all Cathe's workouts. But someone said to make sure it is burst proof for STS series. I'm not sure it is, should I purchase one of cathe's? Thanks, Lori

Before I bought a new one, I would check with FWOnline first. They may be able to tell you if it is burst resisitant. I would not lift weights on one that is not.

If a stability ball is burst resistant, it will be advertised as such. They usually say "burst resistant to ### pounds" (a weight limit that it is pretty sure not to burst at).

You'd think so, wouldn't you? But they aren't (or they have different weight limits indicated, which don't take into account moving on the ball, like bouncing).
