Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle?

No, no! Burn the fat feed the muscle is an ebook with the same author, tom venuto. The link you attached is his paired down version. BFFM is the KING!!! BFFM is worth the purchase if you are SERIOUS about your goals to get in the best shape of your life. If you are looking for basic advice than the link you sent is a good boo. I would get it out of the library though just to be sure.

Oh, it's an ebook--no wonder I couldn't find it! Thanks so much for clearing that up.

Technical question for all you computer wizaeds out there. I have the e book. I want to print it out but it is about 500 pages long. I was hoping to reduce the type face/ spacing etc in order to make the book take up less space and therefore be cheaper to print. Anyone know how?
I just find it hard to concentrate when I'm reading a book on the computer and I really want a hard copy.

You might have to do this 50 pages at a time, but can you copy and paste it into Word or something, change the font size, then print it out double-sided?

Also, on some sites I've seen a little icon on the toolbar where it will convert HTML into Word...of course now I can't find an example!

I've seen this thing on fedex.com, where you can upload a file, and have it printed, and then I guess you go pick it up at a local kinkos/fedex store. I have not used it myself, but might be something to look into.

thanks for your responses. I will try your suggestions and let you know how i get on
