I am considering buying this e-book. Is there anyone here who has it and really think it has helped them?

I REALLY don't want to part with $40.00 if it nothing more than another diet book.

Please share your thoughts.

I thought the same thing as you and $40.00 does seem like a lot for the book..but it is worth every penny and then some!!! One of the best fitness books I have ever read.

I will second that - it is a very motivating, straight forward book. Worth every penny!!! And he emphasizes many times that this isn't a quick fix diet, it is a plan that actually works!! :)
 
It is a VERY good book. It is worth the $40. One feature I appreciate is that he easily identifies each individual body type, along with your fitness/weight goal, so you are able to determine they "diet" plan that is for YOU. I also get newletters in my email on a regular basis that have useful information.

Question for those who have this book:

I have been debating getting it but I dread the thought of printing it out on my printer. I really prefer a hard copy rather than reading it on my computer. Is there a way to burn it to a CD and bring it somewhere to be printed out?

I know that a few people took it to Kinkos or a place like that and printed it out. Probably more economical than printing on a home printer. Luckily we have a great copier here at work that prints duplexed - so my stack of paper is not near as big as without printing on both sides of the paper.

My SO bought it for me for christmas. He spent so much time printing it out and putting it together he read through quite a bit of it and even he thought it was great. I havent read much of it yet but it is over 300 pages and there are even receipes with it.
