Buried in BFFM- and digging it!

I have been buried in BFFM for the past two days - huge thank yous to a certain lady of some funny H2O... At one point, I realized that I was so engrossed in my reading, I didn't want to work out!

Ps. to those that are scratching your heads and trying to figure out what I mean by "a certain lady of some funny H2O", I'm being intentionally obscure! A Flash 5 Power Bar to anyone that figures it out! Mmmm, Flash 5, so nummy....

Awesome book. It was expensive to buy and print (got it printed and bound at Kinko's), but worth the costs.

Pearlstrand, BFFM is an e-book. You can only buy it through Tom's site. he does have a similar book at Amazon called The Body Fat Solution. It's worth a read, too.
