I am soooooo bummed. I was all set to get my new Cathe tapes that I had pre-sale ordered way back in September...I have my order preview printed out in front of me...as it turns out, it appears that my order was never placed - somehow I managed to screw up ordering the tapes - ugh!! I ordered so much stuff online with out any problems but the one thing most important (my beloved Cathe tapes) I can't manage to get right!! I am so completely bummed. Now it looks like I get to pay full price (sigh) AND wait another week (or longer - egads).
My wonderful dh is telling me it's okay, don't worry about it but how can I not be bummed after all this anticipation?! wahhhhhh!
If you printed the order preview maybe SNM can help. Give them a call & tell them what happened. Did you just forget to hit submit or maybe it didn't go through? Cathe's customer service is awesome. It's worth a try.
I agree with Deborah. Kelli-E-mail SNM and explain your situation. If you have a dated print out, I would think they would understand your problem. Who knows, they may work with you on the price. God Luck! (GREAT DH, btw!!!)
Thanks Debbie and Deborah. I am corresponding with SNM via e-mail about my order mishap and hope maybe they take pity on me! I have heard that they have excellent customer service so I'm keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed!
