Susan - You're funny. Forgot to mention that DD knew some people who went to that Anime convention in Milwaukee last weekend. DD loves Anime but she went to Sadie's instead. She's in an Anime Club at school and they're working on writing and illustrating a story.
Laurie - I don't think I could do KPC unless I was 100%. Take it easy and hope you're feeling better.
Heartymax - Bummer on the Tae Bo. I hate it when I get excited about trying a new workout and it disappoints.
Lala - Do you like Meso 2 better than Meso 1? After doing just 4 workouts in Meso 1, I'm a little scared of Meso 2 and 3.
Karen - That door thingy sounds dangerous. You hit your head, too? Glad you're okay (well except for the thumb). I'd love to do the Birkie some day. I have x-country skis but haven't gone in years.
The past couple of days I've felt like I'm on the verge of coming down with something. I didn't workout last night because I had a headache and was tired but I did get up to do STS Disc #4 this morning. You guys probably already know this but you burn a ton of calories doing STS! I've been wearing my HRM and I burned 400 calories this morning WITHOUT CARDIO! That's awesome. Since I'm a day behind now I'm planning to do Disc #6 (legs) tomorrow and Disc #5 on Sunday to give my upper body time to rest. Will fit in cardio and abs where I can. I'm off tomorrow to take DD to a writer's workshop.
