Morning BB's,
Started my first Insanity workout by doing the fit test. That is one great little workout. I also did CTX Chest & MIS Chest (got to finally use my Cathe tower). Saturday I got in my last GW28K run, and it sure was nice to get outside to run. Went a different way, and managed to run up some big hills. Why do we have to have so many around us. Sunday was a rest day, and I spent almost the whole day watching the Daytona 500. During the red flag part, I did get some dishes washed and floors swept.
