Lala---glad you are enjoying your STS rotation so far.

Sue-- It was an old Cathe rotation that I did this summer. I can't remember the name of it though. I will try to do a search for it this weekend and post it back here for you if you want to look it.

Laurie---I hope today is a better morning for you. Nothing like started out with a bad day.

Susan-- --Duh----I have heard of Winsor Pilates----I think I use to see an informercial for that one...at least I think I do. I am definitely thinking about adding something different to my workout. I will let you know what I decide.

Morning Ladies,

Today was STS Disc 31 Chest & Back, had to go up on some of the weights for the back exercises. I figured that doing 6 reps at the same weight that I was doing 15 reps in P90X, means that I probably wasn't going to reach failure by the sixth rep. :eek:

Sue, Sounds like we thought along the same lines for your 30 days of Jillian/Circuit Instructors. That 30 days should be a lot of fun. What you don't want to do all those Imax's in one day! :eek: :D One will probably be good enough I'm sure. ;)

Lala, I sent you the file, so you should have it in your e-mail. Enjoy looking it over, and hopefully you will get some great ideas. I agree with you on the MMA workouts, I like to use those during my recovery weeks. KCM's ab work always seems to give me DOMS.

heartymax, Have a great relaxing weekend. This morning was a much better start to my day, so thanks. My DH even got the tape out of the machine, and cleaned the thing up. So far he said that the tape seems to be all right. Guess I will try it one more time.

Susan, Did you see that the new workout that Jillian has coming out in March has 4 workouts on it? I'm very interested in that one.

Hi to everyone else! Enjoy the basketball games and whatever else you have going. GO PACKERS!

The Jazz concert last night was excellent. 2 different jazz bands and a jazz choir singing acapella (spelling?).

No workout yet today. I printed out the Jillian 30 Day Slimdown and will start it tonight with Shred 1 and also do the upper body segment from Amy Bento 10 Min. Solution Tone Trouble Zones and whatever cardio I'm in the mood for ater that. I'm excited to start the Jillian rotation again since last time it gave me noticeable improvement in my arms and abs. At first I started going through and figuring out what workouts I would sub in but I like the idea of listening to how my body feels and choosing the appropriate workout based on that.


 
Hi gang! Finally I get use of this darn computer!:mad: Today was "Pilates on the Go". I like this instructor (Maria Leone) It is kind of an "intermediate" workout but I made it more advanced on my own. I can't remember what I wrote down for the weekend! I am pretty sure I am on the elliptical on one of the days!

Sue, I did the "Jillian's Slimdown #2" over the Summer and I liked it a lot. I am watching the new Biggest Loser and I already do not like the new instructors. But then I did not like Jillian at first either!:p

Laurie, good job in increasing the weight!:D yes, I did see that the dvd will have 4 on there! Great way to get ready for Summer!
