I was born with a bubble butt I don't mind it but I would LOVE to firm it up. what kind of workouts help with that?

I have been doing kickmax. but to work my butt do I need to go heavy in the weights or can I stay lighter? since I am trying to thin out and firm up my lower body. also I have a very stubborn layer of stomach fat that I want to get rid. I have just started eating better so I know that I shouldn't expect any results within like a couple weeks but do you know any good abb workouts that will help me with that.

Thanks

The fat will come off primarily from your better eating (it is said that 80% of weight loss comes from diet.) Going heavy on the glute/leg work will make for strong muscles. Strong muscles = firm butt and legs. ;) I'd go heavy.

For abs:
Any Cathe abs workout is great! My favorites are the abs workouts in Cardio and Weights and Step Jump and Pump. A tip: be careful when you push up your neck on the crunches. But do not be afraid to push it up there when you are doing crunches this will help you get great results. Do these workouts like 3-5x a week for 2-3 months and you will see great results! :) good luck!

Climbing a tall step with heavy weights has done wonders for my "bubble butt". It's still there, but I can bounce a quarter off of it, and it stays nice, even with weight fluctuations.

I think of the booty as the "powerhouse" for the lower body. Notice how olympic sprinters have such ginormous behinds?
