Hey Melissa,

I think it DEFINITELY counts!
;-)

Leanne

I appreciate the support Leanne!

I actually ended up doing part of the BBC Legs and part of the BBC shoulders. I feel better about drinking the shake now!!! :7

Are you kidding?? I ordered the Banana Cream, so I had it for breakfast and let me tell you, it was so good, so filling, wow!:9

Hi, ladies,

Yes, Banana Cream is one of my favorites! I also just got my new Chocolate Coconut, so I'm hoping to try it today. I've been taking a break from heavy weights this week, and miss my shakes so much!! They're such a nice reward after a hard workout.

Leanne

I tried the banana nut in my oatmeal this morning, YUMMY!!! I still think cinnamon roll is my favorite, but this is good too!

Ladies thank you very much these are by far the best protein powders I ordered the Chocolate fudge and the Cinnamom and they are wonderful! Gonna, have to try the other now. The Chocolate Fudge made with milk and either a half bananna or frozen cherry tasted like ice cream to me. Good for that sweet tooth!!

Therese

You guys just have to try that banana bread receipe I posted!:9 :9 !!

Good grief, I just made a double receipe and even my dog was begging for it. :7 So delicious, and those of you with the banana protein powder or even vanilla better try it. Spray some "I cannot believe its not butter' spray on it, right out of the oven, you will simply love it.

Yum! I'm going to try it tomorrow! I was thinking of making a double recipe, too, since it sounds so tasty. Tneah, how much water did you end up adding?

Leanne

Leanne, I just got through baking this banana bread and it is DELISH. I didn't measure the water, I just poured it in a little at a time. Maybe 1/4 of a cup, but not sure.

If you've ever made Quaker oatmeal cookies, my batter was a little more "soupy" than an oatmeal cookie recipe, but not by much. I also used whole oatmeal instead of the quick oatmeal called for in the recipe and it still came out great!

Thanks, Melissa! I didn't get a chance to make it yesterday, but am planning on making it later today.

I've been going through baking withdrawal the last few months; I usually bake a lot of low-fat muffins and breads, but I haven't been since I'm trying to lose some weight and am too tempted by baked goodies. So this recipe is just what I needed!

It's also such nice baking weather, isn't it?

Leanne:D

Melissa,

Isn't it good?:9 Try doubling the recipe so it fits in a regular sized loaf pan, and then slicing it and toasting the bread. Boy oh boy, I felt like I was eating a cookie or something. :7 I am planning on making it with the chocolate protein or the cinnamon now and making "cookies".

Oh, I just "eye-balled" it with the water. Just enough to make a thick paste.

Beyond good, tneah!!!

I am going to try doubling the recipe. Even my DH loves it and he probably wouldn't have if I had told him how I made it! ;-)
