I had a baby about 3 1/2 months ago and I've been using the treadmill mainly for cardio and I have lost all my weight, but now my treadmill is broken and don't have the money to repair it!!! I'm looking to purchase Cathe workouts that include mostly cardio with no step or very little step. I got insanity for Christmas last year but I'm not ready to commit to that workout just yet, at least not till I stop nursing my baby. What workouts would you recomend that include allot of cardio without any step or very little step? I love doing anything with high pace, HIT, plyometrics and cardio and weights. I have lost all my weight but I'm looking to thin up a little more and firm! Thanks!
