Brazilian butt lift

I saw some had done this a few years back. My question is how was it? Did it really work? Was it fun. Did u do other things as well? I may get it but do not want to waste money. Thanks!!
 
I did it in a slightly modified rotation by adding on or subbing w/a few other work outs here and there and got great results! Definitely slimmed down through the waist, hips, butt and thighs!
 
I am in my 2nd week of the BBL rotation and like it a lot!

@ Wendy - what other workouts did you add to the BBL rotation?

If I can find my notebook from when I did this rotation, I can tell you exactly what I did but for now all I can remember is hating Cardio Axe so I just subbed in whatever Cathe cardio I was in the mood for! BBIAB with more details if I can find them! :)

I found the notebook I needed but I can't tell the rhyme or reason to what I added and can't tell what was omitted w/o seeing the original rotation. I could get that but IDK which one I did! Guess I'm not much help, huh? :p LOL Oh well. Sorry. I tried though!

Gawd.. lol I got to get this then.but I need to get a couple uniforms for work to. Humm I am goingto keep eyes open on aamazon and see if some is going to sale it cheap cheap. Lol sometimes I really find good deals if I keep looking. Id love to hear more results ftom people. I was reading something that said. Out of 300 women who tried it 289 saw a big difference! Now that is impressive. Was hoping to hear more REAL results here. Lol I think I trust cathelets a lot more then any othef forum.

The Butt Bible by (Pauline Nordin) is a 6 week toning program that will shape your whole body. not just your butt. It's similar to BBL! You do each Level for 2 weeks. I only do her LB workouts, not the UB. All of the Butt Bible workouts are available on YouTube, no need to purchase the DVD;) If you want her rotation, google it or I will post it her;)
 
Renee, if you search on youtube for lower body workouts. You will find similar exercises/workouts to BBL. BBL you do lunges, squats, leg lifts. I use ankle weights for leg lifts. For lunges/squats you use your body weight except in the sculpt workout, it's a full body compound weight training (light weights). You do lots of leg lifts. The BBL is old school stuff, really nothing new, Leonardo makes it fun:D

Thanks for the Info! I was also wondering how about ur results now? Are u seeing a difference?
 
I haven't done brazil butt lift but just did a year of Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme and then came to Cathe (which brings it up a notch).

I recently started doing the High Step Challenge. It is a killer butt workout and all over great workout. I was hurting for days. It lifts and shapes the booty. My dh notice a difference after only a week ask me what I was doing different (he is a butt man and my booty happens to me his favorite part LOL)

I plan on getting more of cathe lower body high step workouts. The high step is the way to sculpt a great backside

I don't know if you would work out differently to to build up a booty. My problems has always been trying to keep me from being all booty LOL

Renee, I do see a big difference in my LB!!! I think Leanardo just came out with the Brazil Butt Lift Master (?) on Beachbody.com;) I don't need anymore workout DVDs.
