Me too! Back in 2021, I got hooked on Yvette Bachman’s YouTube workouts and bought a Bosu for a few of her workouts. Haven’t used the thing in probably 2 years, but would love a Cathe Bosu workout.
I don't have a Bosu. What're the benefits to one? What do you use it for? Maybe I could get on board with this request if I knew what it's used for. Thanks!
YouTube is probably the quickest way of discovering its many uses. My two personal favorites are as a replacement for the step bench on hip thrusts (it’s a cross between a glute bridge and hip thrusts), and a substitute for balance discs
