Bosu

Hi Cathe. I was just wondering if you've ever produced an exercise video using the BOSU trainer? And if not, do you intend to? You're by far my favorite home video trainer and would love to have a video by you for the BOSU.

I would love that also. But I think it's a copyright issue. I think the few workouts available on dvd are by the guy who invented the device - but I could be wrong. I HOPE I'm wrong.

I have been hoping as well that Cathe would produce a Bosu video. I asked for a Bosu for Christmas the year before and was lucky to get one. I soon discovered that there was not a very good selection of videos for it. I just pulled it back out of the closet last week to at least use to practice my balance. Please consider a Bosu video. I think it would be fun and challenging. Thanks!
