Boss Bands Total Body

I did Cathe's boss bands total body workout today and really enjoyed it. I was surprised how fun it was. I was out of breath at the warm up! I hope Cathe makes more workouts that include the bands! Such a nice change with so many new moves. thanks Cathe and crew.

Yes, I love it. I like to work out very early in the day before work when I can, and what's great about this set is that I don't have to walk back and forth getting out a range of dumbbells and then put them away again - it's just a question of folding the bands/loops out of/ into their little bag and that's all the equipment sorted!

(As an aside, I did the old Bodyweight and Bands from LITE this morning and I loved that too.)
