Warm Up - Boot Camp

#1 Cardio Jacks - BC
Squats - BC
Barbell Back Upright Rows - BC
Deadlifts - ME
Deadrow bar clean & Press - ME

#2 Cardio sumo squats - BC
Static Lunges - BC
Leg Press (2 x 12) - ME
Static LUnges - ME
Bicep Curls - ME

#6 Cardio sequential power kicks - BC
Front & Side Kicks - BC
Military Press (32) - BC
Rear Delt Raises - ME

#3 Cardio Kickbox - BC
Plie Squats - BC
Leg Press (16 & 12) - ME
Squats - ME
Tricep Dips (20) - ME
Tricep Kickbacks - ME
Chest Flies - ME
Pushups - BC
Abs - ME
Stretch - Cool down - ME

The time frame is approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes.

This is a really good workout. I love it!

Thanks for mentioning this workout! Just what I was looking for to do on a day when I wanted to work legs and upper body plus get in some cardio! It was a good efficient workout - my favorite kind!

Yes, HB, this looks great! Cheryl, thanks so much for the breakdown! I used BC-LB work (only 8 minutes) and all the AB work (only 8 minutes) together Saturday. This was after doing Imax2! (Had extra time and knew there would be no workout on Sunday.) LOVE IMax2 sooo much, can't get enough of it! I love the options the DVD's give us! :7 I just have not had enough hours in the day to figure out what all is involved in the extra bonus options. Thanks for heads-up!
