Bootcamp 05' rotation?

I am computer illerate and cannot find a copy of the bootcamp 05' rotation. Does anyone have a copy they could share with me. Thanks so much. I am feeling excitment and trepidation just thinking about it. Thanks again.

At this point in my fitness journey (or lack of these days), I am hardly make it through ONE boot camp DVD workout, much less the two that this rotation calls for.

Good luck. Report back when you are able to move your arms and legs enough to get back to the computer :)
 
I am going to start this Monday March 30. I keep reading this rotation over and am going to have to make a few substitutions, but think I can make it work. I am kind of excited as I have not had a challenge like this in a while.

Hey Cheryl! I'm on my last week of this rotation! It's a goodie!!!}( If you don't have the time it calls for, make it :eek: I met a friend on these boards and we've done it together - if you need some support, feel free to give me a "yell". But not for telling you to do it !:7
 
Hi - I did this in Jan and just posted in the Cathe thread about it. It is an incredible rotation for endurance. You will love it! Some days were tougher then others, but boy I felt great! Good luck and keep us posted on how it went!!

Hi everyone. I'm teals.

I wanted to know what it was like doing "boot camp" twice in a row. Part of me thinks I'll get bored but then I think the challenge will keep me pumped up.

Also, did you find that you had to eat more to keep your energy level up during the day?

I was thinking of replacing the second boot camp workout with "Drill Max" but I'll lose some of the intense weight work.

Any thoughts or advice? I'm just crazy enough to give this rotation a try during April if Cathe doesn't have something crazier in store for us next month.
 
Hi Teals,

I loved the rotation and did it as listed except for the running. I'm not a runner and instead subbed in other cardio workouts for running. Time goes real fast doing BC twice. You'll gain incredible endurance! As far as I'm concerned, this rotation is a winner!
