I did this last night for the first time. Holy Cow:eek: I feel like such a weiner. It was tough...especially all the jumping jacks and variations of jumping jacks. Does anyone else get really winded on all that plyo-stuff and jacks?
I'm 36, but felt like 100 year old woman trying to do all that.:-(
I did the entire workout and some parts I did back up and do again..(like the lunges..I always feel wobbly when I do those with the barbell)
I hope i'm not the only one!;-)
 
Hi! I also get very winded on all those plyo jumps and jacks. It is definitely hard. I just go a barbell so I am also a little wobbly yet. I do like this workout though because you switch so often.

I'm just starting back up and I'm getting winded on everything!! Talk about feeling like a weiner....

Many disagree with me but I often find BC to be togher than the Imax workouts. When I come back to BC after not doing it for a while I feel like I'm goind to DIE!! Keep at it!!!

To date, I haven't been able to complete BC as produced in its entirety... By the time I get past the terminators I get so incredibly NAUSEOUS that I just have to stop. And I don't eat before I do it so i don't know what the deal is. Maybe it's the jumping up off the floor to do high-intensity aerobics...
I really want to get through the whole thing one of these days though!
 
B...me too, me too...not every time but I tend to think it is the jumping from the floor. It makes me so mad and eventually when I work BC into a rotation my body gets better adjusted so the workout doesn't make me feel like puking or dying!!!

boot camp remains my most favorite cathe workout! (with the gauntlet a close 2nd!) i LOVE it but i've never found it to be the torture that most others do???? a good, intense workout.. YEPPERS! i used to hate those ice breakers!!

:) I just purchased several of Cathe's Workout Tapes. I have the Kick, Punch & Crunch Tape and I have about four others. I was watching Cathe on TV just had to purchase her tapes. I absolutely love her workouts. I get the challenge I need because Cathe is so strong and cues at the right time so that you know that this is work for the group as well as herself. I really enjoy the workouts and I know I will purchase more. I want to get the New HardCore Series I have a few from her Intensity Series and some from her Bodyblast Series. I think Cathe is awesome! Now about Boot Camp :) I have tried it once from TV and it was a butt kicker so I purchased it so that I can get strong and lean.
