I did this last night for the first time. Holy Cow I feel like such a weiner. It was tough...especially all the jumping jacks and variations of jumping jacks. Does anyone else get really winded on all that plyo-stuff and jacks?
I'm 36, but felt like 100 year old woman trying to do all that.:-(
I did the entire workout and some parts I did back up and do again..(like the lunges..I always feel wobbly when I do those with the barbell)
