Boot Camp Substitution

I just tried doing Boot Camp today and had a tough time at it. I'm trying to follow an Intensity Series Rotation, and that is the only workout that I have a hard time with. Is there another Cathe workout that is as intense and/or equal to BC that I might be able to make it all the way throught? TIA for any input.

This was tough for me also. I just kept working at BC until I could make it all the way through. Don't feel bad if you have to take extra rests until you get used to it. I think it is just so different from all the other workouts, it must have shocked my body when I first tried it. I worked up to it by pausing my dvd player when I needed more time to recover. Good luck!

Man, you mean someone had made it through the whole thing???? I love it cause half the time I am laughing and thinking....Ya want me to do WHAT????
 
Just remember: modify, modify, modify! Press pause if you're too winded, do 1/2 minute instead of a minute when you need to. I've been consistently doing this workout and when I did it this morning, some parts were almost "easy" (relatively speaking, that is)! Stick with it! You'll be so proud of yourself!
 
I am still laughing as I reply to this. Although Boot Camp is one of my favorites it is tough! But I have definately found that I can now do the whole tape and not feel so wiped!!! I am amazed at how quickly my body responded - although my mind was still saying there is no way you are going to complete this today.

Main and most important thing - have found, enjoy and work hard - the rest will come. :) :)
 
Thanks everyone for your input, I guess there isn't a substitution...but those terminators!!!!!!!
