Boot Camp for the first time!

Hi everyone :)

I did Boot Camp for the first time this morning and it was an intense workout. I loved it! I was definitely "pooped" afterwards, but I also felt very energized. I was a bit intimidated by those terminator things, or whatever she called them. But otherwise I thought it was very do-able and I loved that she gave us "breathers" to catch our breath. I think it's a very well designed workout and also fun to do. The only complaint I had was that she started the first cardio section with tons of jumping jacks, and I was just not prepared for that. I needed a longer warm up, or maybe just more sleep the night before!

WTG Erin - BC is a tough one. I did it yesterday and was just dripping in sweat! }( I LOVE IT!!!

Janie - good luck with it, drink plenty of water and give it your all, you will be glad you did.

I love it, however I can only do about 44 minutes of it before I fall down! I am working my way up to the whole thing, started at 32, then 42, then 44. Hopefully before fall I will do the whole thing. I have to skip the terminators... too much impact for me, I do walking lunges instead!
 
Boot Camp is one of my favorite workouts. Last night I did the bonus combo of Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance. I loved it!!
