boot camp anybody done it yet?

That's how I feel, too. I loved each individual exercise, but there wasn't enough cardio for it to be a cardio workout and not enough strength for a strength workout - maybe if you added on extra chest/back? I would love to use this workout as an add-on, but don't have time.

I agree w/ Mandy, Erica, etc. I did it today w/ an add-on of 20 minutes of cardio. The cardio is intense but only lasts one minute per cycle w/ plenty of time to catch your breath for the next exercise. Its an excellent workout and one I'd do on a light day or when I wanted something different and could add to it..
 
I think we're all going to have some toned legs and buns after doing these videos! And I'm just thinking of the cardio portions-not the weights!
