I love the bonus footage. I want more!
1. Alternate Warm-Ups
2. An actual Cooldown to go with premixes instead of having to walk around for 3 minutes (which I rarely do as much as I should).
3. Alternate and extended stretches
Also, I love a feature on the 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner DVD. On it, you can program a workout by the chapters. So, before you begin you go through the chapters and select what you want to do in the workout, and in what order. It is similar to the Mix&Match (or is it the chapters), but you do not have to return to the screen of chapter titles every time you finish a segment.
I would love programmable workouts like that.
I want more medicine ball work and more functional exercises. I love the one legged squats in LIC when you move the weight over your head and down...more fun, innovative, balancing moves like that would be fun.
Also, I want workouts to be LONG with shorter premix options because then I feel like the high price is validated. Bring on the 75-100 minute long workouts!
