Thanks for the awesome new workouts! I was just wondering about the "bonus cardio" segments in LIC and BM2, since they are after the cool down and stretches. Are they there for the mix and match selection? I have never tried to use the mix and match. Just curious! Thanks for all your hard work!
ps. any chance you plan on ever doing another all step workout? ;-)
