Body soap recommendations?

Please list body soap suggestions! I have pretty sensitive skin and will see my dermatologist in a couple weeks, but I feel like I am breaking out so much throughout my chest and arms and back -- You can't see it so much as feel it, but it's driving me insane!! I think it's partly due to winter time and being dry....

I had a back treatment about a month ago, and the woman told me not to use bar soap -- so, I've tried a couple body washes (Dial, Johnson and Johnson), and I am still lightly "bumpy" -- make sense? Let me know what you like --

Also, do you moisturize all over everyday? Maybe I need to do that more --

Try a liquid soap with tea tree oil in it (I use a bar soap, because bar soaps don't require preservatives, but since you are avoiding them...). Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and bacteriacide.

You probably have to go to a health food store or coop to find them.

My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and I use Cetaphil cleanser for her. You can buy it as a liquid or a bar. It helps a lot. I think Eucerin also makes a good liquid cleanser for people with sensitive skin.

Moisturizing helps a lot. We use Aquaphor on my daughter.

Some of the body washes or soaps can be very irritating to the skin.

DH and I both use either Dove Unscented or Cetaphil. Dh has a horrible problem with dyshidrotic eczema, and I'm sensitive to perfumes and detergents. These were recommended by a dermatologist. Another one we use sometimes is Aveeno.

My son has eczema which flares up during the winter, and his pediatrician suggested Dove or Cetaphil, as has already been suggested. I follow it up with Lubriderm or Keri lotion. Works pretty well.

Hi Newswoman13, I agree with the others about the winter and flaring up. Cetaphil is one of my favorite moisturisers out there right now. Be sure to exfoliate your entire body with a scrub specifically for body use (it will help clear away dead skin) also YES moisturize your entire body every day. Espcially in the winter, our skin suffers espcially in cold enviornments.
