Hello everyone,

I just purchased the body max dvd with the two other workouts on ebay, do you guys think I also need the new body max, or is just having the older one good enough.

I currently have...

Low Max
Imax 2 and C&W
Kick Max
Rhythmic Step with other 2 workouts
Mega Step Blast
Muscle Endurance
Low Impact Circuit

I have KPC recorded from FitTv (but I really need to purchase the entire workout...bidding now) as well as step blast.

I have just ended my membership at Gold's to workout just at home, which I love...

so anyway sorry for the ramble any advise appreciated.

Keli - the two BodyMax's a similar, kind of. But the new one, IMHO, is one of Cathe's best ever workouts. She has a lot of premixes on this so it's like having 5/6 videos in and of itself. I highly recommend it.

Then there's the aspect that everyone always says - "You're going to end up buying them all anyway..." Which is true enough. Do you NEED it? NO - you have some great workouts there. Will you WANT it - oh yeah...

I have both and Body Max2 is a must have! It is new and updated and so much fun to do. And the premixes are just full of choices.
 
I have both. Body Max is fun, but I think Body Max 2 is even more much fun (maybe because it is more updated). I think they are both great workouts.
 
I just got the first Body Max and after previewing it, haven't tried it, yet. I think it's the music. Music is really important to me in my workouts and I like music that is...well...more like the music on Cathe's latest DVD's. It's energetic, inspiring, fun, and funky, and just makes you want to move.

So, IMO, I'd agree with everyone else: You NEED Body Max 2...and Low Impact Circuit, and Butts & Guts, and Cardio Fusion, and Drill Max...they're all just awesome and all the premixes make it feel like I've got 20-30 different workouts!

Plus, my endurance has improved so much just from these workouts that it's amazing!
 
BTW: I'd also recommend the Gym Styles (I don't see that on your list of current workouts). They're awesome to target specific muscle groups!
 
i don't care for the weight work in body max 2... but i love scrambled eggs! that's one awesome cardio workout!
