Body Max 2

What do you guys think of Body Max 2? I was thinking of getting it because its on sale, but I just got Drill Max 2 last week, so I only want to get it if its REALLY good. Is it a go to workout, or is it a workout that you do just every now and then? I noticed that it was really long, even the premixes were over an hour. I dont know how I feel about that. Thanks!

I think it's a really good workout. I haven't done it as much lately - kind of got burnt out b/c I did use it SO much. It is long if you do the whole thing. I typically would just do the step segments or the cardio premix. For the weight work, I often would do just the upper body twice through or even the same for legs, just skipping the cardio intervals. I think it's really versatile and there are a ton of options on how you can use it.

I really love this DVD. It can be used either for cardio, or weights, or circuit. The Premixes are really great too. The Ab work is good as well :) I have to STOP myself doing this workout regularly, I love it so much. But it is a hard workout :)
It is the ultimate for sweat factor!
Actually, all of Cathe's are pretty high on the sweat factor scale, but still :D
I really don't think you'd be disappointed.

I love this workout! The premixes alone make it worth the full price, forget about the discount. It is a great long workout for days you want to push yourself and do everything. It is great to do the premixes for high intensity cardio and upper body work, or just cardio, or just weight work. The abs section is one of my favorites. You cannot go wrong. I love it!

I got BM2 a few months ago. I love it. The step is so much fun and the segments seem to fly by. The step moves are choreographed very well to the music which makes it more fun. The moves are not fancy at all (in my opinion). I love all the premixes. It was well worth it for me.

Have to agree here, I haven't done this one recently but I did go through a huge Body Max 2 phase, alongside my Drill Max phase of course ;) Its a GREAT and very versatile workout! Go for it I say!
