I bought the step, ball, hand weights, and video all in one pack deal. It came with the Body fusion video which has upper body and lower body add ons. I do not see the basic step part of the video? Does it not have both workouts because I bought it with everything else, or am I dense (sp?)? When I play the DVD the main menu says:
Safety Guidlines
Body Fusion
Add ons
Can you help me?

ETA: Nevermind, I just answered my own question by looking on Ebay, my video does just have Body Fusion. Bummer:-(

If it's any consolation, Body Fusion is a lot more fun than Basic Step. Both use a lot of the same moves. You can also skip the strength parts if you want to just step. Basic Step is just really...well...Basic.
