Body Blast Music ??

I'm just getting myself set up to do supersets (getting weights out, etc) and the DVD is playing at the main menu page - everytime I do this I get hooked on this song. I can't figure out where I've heard it but I think it's from a movie. Can someone please fill me in?? This series has the BEST music, imo... Thanks!!
