Body Blast Music Question

Amy Steppe

Cathlete
Dear Cathe,

I just had to write and thank you for another wonderful DVD series. I just love the Body Blast -- it is now a toss-up on which I love the most -- the Endurance or the Body Blast Series. These videos are making a big difference in my fitness goals as well as the quality of my life.

Regarding the "Body Blast" series I love the innovative ways of using the stability ball and I also love the choregraphy in "Step Blast" -- it is very dancy and refreshing! Just when I thought you could not top "Rhythmic Step" you outdo yourself once again with "Step Blast" -- I was so proud when I mastered those 360s!

I have two quick questions:

1. Do you plan to sell a CD of the Music like you did on the Endurance Series?

2. There are two songs you use that I think I have heard before, but I can't identify them and it is driving me crazy.

One is the Warmup music from "Step Blast"

The other is in the Biceps section of "Step Pump & Jump"

What are the names of those songs?

Cathe or anybody who knows the name of those songs, I would greatly appreciate your response.

Kind Regards,

Amy

Hi Amy,

I'm not 100%, but I think the warmup of Step Blast is "What's Goin' On" (wasn't the original version by Four Non-Blondes?). As for the bicep song in SJP, I don't remember the name but it was originally a Nirvana song. I really like that one... which is good cuz biceps are my least favorite body part to work so at least i have good music.

Hi Amy! Thank you, I am so happy that you are enjoying the series. We are currently not planning on a soundtrack for this series. If this should change we will post an announcement.
