Body Blast Is Awesome!!!

I just received my DVDs -- I was so excited! Just did Step Blast earlier this evening - what an exhilating workout! Cathe, thanks again for a WONDERFUL series of workouts - you never cease to amaze me with your creativity and boundless energy. Believe me folks, it was worth the wait!

When the Videos came and I did all the workouts, I knew for sure this Series is going to put you on the map..big time.
Now that I have my DVD's and seeing with my own eyes all the options this series has, I am truly amazed. You are bound to win Fitness awards and Technology awards with this Body Blast Series.

Congratulations for your CNN interview. I'm so excited not only to have your workouts, but excited for your newest success.

These DVDs really are incredible. I haven't done any of the workouts yet, but have been browsing through the options for the past 2 days. The Quick Select Premixes are very cool, making the Blender option hardly even necessary! You guys thought of it all. Everything is so clearly presented on the various menus that it is easy to choose what you want to do. Very smart of you to put the times for each premix right on the menu. Wow. I am really impressed.

Cathe is shining in all of them (I don't mean with sweat, I mean with happiness! ;-) ) and the new variations on old moves are exciting and challenging.

What I am most excited about is Step Blast. The choreography looks fresh, fast paced, complex and fun. I can't wait to try it. Maybe I should get off line and do that!

Thanks for all the hard work your entire company put into this project.

Yep they are awesome. I got the tapes so had a month of them. I got great results too

AGREE! AGREE! AGREE! So glad all of you are getting your DVD's and enjoying them so much!! I've had the tapes for a while now, and I LOVE this series!!!!!!!! It ROCKS, and so does Cathe !!!!!!!!!!
