Cathlete
Folks, should I show Cathe's post to my son?
WOW Cathe! You mean you actually get breathless??? I can't tell ya how much better that makes me feel! ;-)
Big dilemma: Do I or don't I show your post to my 16-year-old son? He and two of his friends were doing MIS over the weekend, and while I cooked dinner I was eavesdropping on the intercom terminal in my kitchen (I'm bein' frank here -- nobody tell on me, please!) because I was so curious to hear what Al's pals would think about you and your crew (this was their Cathe "inauguration"). One of the boys used my Troy Lite, one used my old FIRM barbell, and Alex used dumbbells the whole time. And of course, they thought they could load up on much heavier weight than you did, because my gosh, you're just a little bitty thing, ya know? Well, you never in your life heard such grunting and groaning as was coming from the three of them. And at one point midway through the legs section, I heard one of Al's friends say -- breathlessly -- "JEEZ!!! She doesn't even get out of breath! That is like NOT NORMAL!!!"
Hmmm..... Do we want them to know that YES, you do actually breathe harder, or would we rather just let them remain awestruck by your superhuman powers?}(
