I know you said you were planning to do a step workout (interval) and kick-boxing for cardio. I LOVE Interval Max and Cardio Kicks -- they are my favorite. So, please, don't change your mind.
I always hear about Body Bar workout... I know from the posts that you teach body bar classes. Do you think you'll be doing body bar videos? I would like to try it... only if you make it. It seems to be a good lower and upper body cardio. Would you consider making a body bar workout?
