Bob Harper new dvds?

I Just ordered the complete collection and had no trouble doing so and got an order confirmation email. I can't wait, these look good.

Bob’s customer service finally sent me an email. This is what he wrote, WTH? An APO address goes to New York, from there the military picks our mail up. I buy from Amazon, Cathe you name it, they all ship to an APO AE address. :rolleyes:

Wow, the company handling these dvds are a piece of work, so after all this, I did receive the dvds, but they gave me 2 Cardio Conditioning, and I did not get the "My workout" DVD.
 
I ordered these and just got a shipping notification. Of course, I ordered when all the "reviews" were good and no one was having any issues. Now I'm getting nervous. Oh well, I hope I like these DVDs.

I've heard favorable reviews about both the hour long cardio and hour long weight work out. I will be trying the cardio tmrw! :D
 
I did the hour long cardio this AM, I liked it, definitely a keeper, it burned less calories than I hoped, but there is a fair amount of holding squats that stops the movement. I liked Bob in the video, and the backup people were fine in this one, I think there is a little acting and intentional bad form so Bob can correct it, but that's OK for me.

I am still waiting for a response from the company about sending me the "My Workout" video that I did not get, I called and emailed, but from previous posts, I'm thinking it might take about a week to hear back.

I had emailed customer service regarding the shipping date of the dvd's. I sent my email one morning and they responded the next evening. I didn't get to read the response until the following morning but the response time was quite good. Hopefully you will get a speedy response as well.

Thanks! I was just coming back to post, they didn't actually get back to me, but I just received an email that a package from them was shipped, so I'm pretty sure it's the replacement dvd. So, in fairness, aside from the initial problems getting my order in, everything else has been smooth, I received the set of dvd's quickly, and the resolution to this issue has been handled well.

Glad to hear it all appears to be working out for you! Now I just hope that you enjoy the work outs! :D I have yet to try one but I think the cardio w/o is on tap for tmrw morning!

Just be warned...it's more of a super intense circuit then straight cardio. Lots of weight work involving lower body and shoulders as well. Also has push ups in it. It's a definite heart rate spiker but not just straight up cardio. :)
