BM2 - Best premix?

rose2boys

Cathlete
I just got my DVDs on Monday(1 day earlier than UPS ship notice, yea!) & haven't been able to do them yet.

Anyone done any of the premixes? I rarely have time to workout for more than 1 hr. - is this workout meant to be done all at once or split up a bit? As far as weight work, is it enough to consist of a whole workout on its own?

TIA!

Rose,
I think that any of the premixes would be great (they add a huge variety), you can do all cardio, all weights (and yes, you'll feel worked out after doing the leg and arm sections, you might want to do each 2 times through and then tack on the abs and stretch). You can do a shorter circuit, I think there's even a timesaver option. This is one flexible workout!

As like the original body max, BM2 can be split up very nicely. I haven't done any of the premixes yet but this morning for cardio I did just the first hour of it. That took me thru the 3 step combos and the 4 power circuits. It's a very good cardio in it's own right. I'm doing a slow and heavy rotation right now so I won't complete the upper body segment, but you can always do the cardio and power circuits then complete the upper body later.

It looks like of the premixes, only the timesaver cardio is less than an hour. The great thing about these DVDs, though, is that you have the mix and match option where you can create your own premix to suit your timeframe.

Bodymax in it's entirety is reserved for the weekends when I have a little more time!:D
