BM 2 Boot Camp Premix

I did this premix for the first time yesterday. Awesome, kick butt workout. I LOVED this premix. It is great for those days when you want/need a little bit of everything. You get it all in just under 80 minutes! If you haven't tried this premix yet, you really need to. It begins with the WU, goes to the first cardio blast, legs, back, some ab work, second cardio blast, legs, then I think it goes to chest, some ab work, third cardio blast, legs, shoulders, some ab work, 4th cardio blast, legs, biceps, ab work, cardio bonus, squats again, triceps, ab work, stretch. I may have the upper body order messed up, but you guys get the idea.

It sounds like a great premix. I think I will try this one today befoe I go to a superbowl party. So, you said it is just under 80 minutes? Does that include the stretch?

I love circuit training, which is what bootcamp is. I tend to always go for cardio, weights, cardio, weights - this is the best for me.
