XTrain medium Strength Resistance tube
It depends on the manufacturer. The blue resistance tube you see in XTrain is a medium strength resistance tube we sell on our site. We've used a green resistance tube in the past that was also medium strength. The definition of "medium strength" varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, so make sure to get a band that works for you.

so I bought the blue before based on the teaser clips. I am glad I did because after seeing Jai's face during the supercuts clip, I would have chickened out and bought the light tension if I could!!!!
minny-natty, just a comment on the bands, I have one other and it is a band with a hard handle, for about $15 CAD. I thought it was a hard because it was red, I took a gamble and bought the blue one from Cathe, it is a bummer because it is the same resistance (mine is old).
BUT the Cathe band was cheaper with 15% off and it is much nicer, it has foam on the handles which is really nice when you are pulling hard and it has the ball to put in the doorway, a pleasant surprise even though I ended up with two of the same resistance. I will definitely stick to the same manufacturer from now on.
