Bis and tris

Just did bis and tris for the first time. What a great variety of exercises. I had to modify a couple moves. I just couldn't do the plank kickbacks on my toes, I had to go to my knees but I know I still got a great workout.
 
I love this workout too! This is quick and dirty for the arms and is great when I'm in a hurry because of the limited dumbells and equipment. I have been doubling STS now for a few rotations, but this time I'm interspersing XTrain instead and its perfect for me.
