Hi Cathe and wonderful ladies,

I've been working out for a long time. As I'm getting older (44) and after 4 kids I'm still looking pretty good and the STS workouts are awesome. But I have the hardest time to create definition in my arms like I used to when I was in my 30's. After taking workout breaks because of pregnancy etc. my arms aren't flabby but there is just hardly any definition, which I love looking at Cathe. Is there some routine I can do besides STS? I am on my second time around doing Mesocycle 1. Are there any of Cathe's DVD's you use that make a difference in creating definition? Or what else can I do to get that terminator look?

Thanks so much to anyone who has any advise for me.

Not Cathe here but If you have STS you should do Meso 2....I'm in it now and it is tough! Not to mention this is where the shaping part of the program is...I think this is where you would get the results your looking for.

ITA! Meso 2 is where exactly what OP wants gets created! Stick with STS as written & go for it!
