BFL - Monday 10/01

OK..headed to bed in 30 minutes. I just finished my last meal of the day...and apple with PB2 and a string cheese. YUMMY stuff!

HIIT Cardio tomorrow. I'm planning on kicking it out on the treadmill. HARD! I will hit that 10 at the end of that last interval!!!!!! When I asked the question about whether adding in more cardio was okay for BFL, the responses I got from the BFL site were pretty much the same, "if you feel like you CAN do more cardio after the 'prescribed' 20 minutes of HIIT for BFL, then you didn't hit your 10". lol We'll see. So...for tomorrow for me...TM HIIT, abs and a stretch! Really looking forward to it!

Veronika, I agree with you...if I start looking at other things I won't finish, either! I'm sticking with PUB and for now I'm going to do B&G leg blast premix for a week or two (or maybe three)...I'm just hesitant to use a lot of weight with my lower body because it really puts strain on my knees....sheesh, you'd think I had the knees of a 60 year old!

Anyway, I was thinking of doing Drill Max's Cardio Blast premix tomorrow. In the book, Bill Phillips recommends doing the workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because it burns more fat that way. I did that this morning and it reminded me why I stopped doing that. So tomorrow I will eat breakfast and then work out two hours later when my body has woken up a bit and has a little fuel in it. I get better workouts that way.
