Morning Girls --
Just stopping by to report on my morning workout: it's a cardio day, and I did Boot Camp, which I modified by lightening up on the weights and keeping my feet moving throughout so it was more of an interval cardio workout instead of a circuit workout. Boy am I wiped!
You know, I bet if I didn't have you guys to report to, I would chicken out 50% of the time! But knowing you are sweating it out every day keeps me on the plan! THANK YOU!
I am so psyched to read about all your weight loss success lately! My body fat measurement scale says I dropped 5 percentage points of body fat in two days....which I think is less indicative of my workout success than of the fact that I need more reliable scale ! Nonetheless, I choose to believe the lower number!!
