Hey all! Good morning!

Belinda, way to get your workout in early.

So, my self-induced gray days have been put aside. I’m trying to keep a positive attitude going. I didn’t work out yet, but I got in a good stretch.

My recent down attitude has come from stress at work. And if it’s not work, the kids either have something going on (like last night was DD’s musical in which she was an awesome Jackson Pollock) or tons of projects due before spring break. I think I’ve just been in overload. So to get myself out of this funk, I reviewed the blog photos and then went shopping, ordering Musclemax and Coremax, which should arrive in time to be in my Easter basket. The cover shot on Musclemax alone should keep anyone motivated. I think Cathe and crew look so awesome! It’s got to be my fave!

So with my fresh attitude, I’m off to have my protein shake, shower, and head to work, followed by a trip to the dog park for miss ancy pants and some ice cream for the “we don’t have to go to school for a week” kids. And somewhere in there, I need to figure out Easter dinner. I'll get in personals tomorrow - I promise.

Sherry - You are going to love Muscle Max and Core Max. I did Segment 3 of Core Max yesterday and it is a good one. It uses the stability ball and a medicine ball. I hear ya on being overloaded with things to do. We only have 8 more weeks of school left and a lot of my stress will be aleviated then .

Belinda - Great job on MIC. I don't have that one but I hear great things about it.

My workout for today will be my tennis match. I guess you can say it will be a total body workout with cardio:D

Belinda-great workout,don't have MC but I have heard that its a real goodie!

Sherry-I too am in overload which would explain my eating lately...Its funny that your purchased MM and CM! They are the very two workouts that ive had my eye on for a while,but just can't bring myself to buy!

Todays workout is HIIT on the Tm! Im thinking of doing a run interval,but i may just go for a straight out 3mile jog with power walk intbetween miles! Im trying to run for two miles straight and can't quite do it yet:) My breathing starts getting heavy and I have to catch my breath!

Sherry, good for you on having a positive attitude during the stressful times! This too shall pass! You will love both DVD's you purchased! I did Muscle Max (UB) yesterday and really enjoyed it! Have a great day today!

Hi girls,

I have a confession to make! DH took me out for lunch ! I had steamed fish; mac & cheese (I didn’t eat them!) steamed cauliflower and salad! So far so good! I also had chocolate cake! I have been graving chocolate for a few days now! I had two bites then gave the rest to my DH, after he ate his pie! How can he eat that much sweets? He doesn't gain weight!

Heidi – Let us know what you think of Runerval 1.0. The set and music aren’t fancy but the workout is solid!

Today’s workout was a heavy BFL Lower body workout and a 3 mile run (using Runervals 1.0). I was there with you girls in spirit, lol.

This was my final weight workout for challenge 1. I’m closing in on the finish line now…only 2 more cardio workouts to go! I’m feeling fabulous and STRONG! :)

I am game Amelia and Stephanie!!!:) The troops have left for a ski adventure until Sat. So now I have some peace and quite for a couple days.

Kathy: Great job this morning! I thought that after previewing R#1 that this would be great for relaxing muscles after PLB.

Amelia, I just got finished running! We went for just about the same time! It doesn't matter if you power walk or run, we were doing it together! I almost quit before my goal, but I could hear you hollerin' at me! Thanks!

Kathy, great news about feeling fabulous and STRONG! You must be so proud! I'm planning on using your BFL LB WO you posted several weeks ago. How's your marathon training coming?

Hey Melissa! I had to laugh at your "ribbing" Amelia! I forgot about the pants episode! :p

Belinda, I ended up running on the TM, changing speeds every so often. I ran the farthest ever! Way to go on only eating 2 bites of that yummy sounding cake! What will-power! You are so strong! :7
 
Amelia - in DH's defense, that is pretty funny!! You won't live that down anytime soon..;-)

Belinda - you stopped at 2 bites of chocolate cake. Congrats on that willpower! I would have devoured the whole thing for sure.

Sherry - I am lovin' that fresh new attitude of yours! Keep it up!

Kathy - Woohoo on finishing up your first challenge. Are you doing another one right away or taking a break? This is the end of week 11 for me. Oh, and the high step came in very handy while doing my squats last night. Unfortunately, I had to use it on my last set of plies. I was never so happy to sit down!!

Tonight is HIIT. I think I'll do Step Blast finished combos followed by the challenge...}( !!!

M#1: slice of banana applesauce bread toasted, 1T natural pb
M#2: apple & string cheese
M#3: wrap w/3 oz taco meat, 1T cheese & tomatoes
M#4: veggie chili
M#5: pork chop, 1/2 c brown rice & brocolli
M#6: oatmeal w/some walnuts mixed in

Hi back from my workout,

Amelia: Like Stephanie said...You can get a great power walking workout in just the same as running. Glad that you were with me and Stephanie I really needed you both to push me into my workout today.
I almost went back to bed before I saw both of you were waiting for me! :)

Stephanie: Awesome run! I did PLB first and then the abs from MIS. Ohhh that is a good one thanks Kathy for the suggestion!:)
I did the Runnervals #1 and it was great! BP I kept easy at 5.0 and the 2mph - 3mp speed increase was 6,6.5 and 7.0. Quite the Sweat Fest for sure!}( Total cals burned 400+ and 3+ miles. I was programming the treadmill for my DH and forgot to reset the age and weight to properly calculate the cals. Oh Well...it was up there regardless. ;-)

Hey Melissa: I take it that you computer is fixed now? I hope that you have a great workout later.:7 Your taco wrap sounds good right now. :9 I am starving!

Belinda: My legs are shaking! This was a good workout! Weights used for PLB: 25,30 and 35# BB. I am so glad that I didn't give into my feeling tired and wanting to go back to bed. Once I started I was all there and rearing to go for more. Feel Great!:)
