BFL Checkin 1/19/05

HI Everyone,

I wanted to do HSTA but slept in just a little and ended up doing MIS Upper and 12 minutes of yoga.

My eating today hopefully will look something like this:

B - english muffin w/lf cream cheese, cottage cheese mixed w/yogurt
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - salad w/crab
S - BFL bar
D - salad, leftover beef and asparagus casserole (from BFL site)

I am so tired today, I could just curl up under my desk and go to sleep. It must be the weather here, it just keeps changing and my body isn't getting used to it. We have a few inches of snow last night and it is very windy.

Hope everyone is doing well.

I hear you Rhonda, I am so pooped. Would be great to have just a couple of days to sleep.

6 am KPC cardio premix plus Firm 5 day ab segment

B - soy protein cereal with blueberries and 1% milk, coffee
S - yogurt
L - tuna on wheat, banana
S - protein shake
D - pork chops, vegies, pasta
S - BFL bar

Weighed and measured myself for the first time in months this morning. I compared it to my notes from a year ago and I'm exactly the same. x(

Isn't there a pill for this? ;-)

Sigh.

Hi Rhonda & Shopgirl,

I hope the rest of this week goes by fast so I can sleep in, I am tired too! I am just thinking it will go away soon, LOL.

Today I did my HIIT cardio, these BFL workouts are harder then I have done in my life but it is a good feeling and its nice I am done in such a short time.

Here is my eating plan:
B- Oatmeal & Eggbeaters
S - MRP Shake
L - Salmon, Salad & beans
S- not sure I am getting tired of cottage cheese
D - Tuna noodle bake
S - ???

I can't believe this but since Ive started BFL I haven't even craved a coffee so Ive been coffee free for 3 weeks now :)

Well I better hit the shower!

I'm getting over the flu and have been off workouts since Sunday :( I am taking one more day off to make sure I am well. Today's meals:

Extra lean turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Egg/egg whites, mashed potato patties (mashed potatoes with egg beaters, cooked with Pam)
Chicken, WW toast
EFL Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes
Turkey "goulash"...extra lean ground turkey, lentils, corn, canned tomatoes with ff cheese on top. Cleaned the cupboards <G>
Balance Go Mix since I will be at dog agility tonight

Good afternoon. Just got done with upper body at the gym. Might do some type of cardio tonight.

B: chicken salad on wheat toast, coffee
S: chicken salad on whole wheat pita, carrot sticks & water
L: baked chicken w/tomatoes, black beans, asparagus & water
S: reduced fat trisket crackers w/peanut butter
D: haddock/scallops with mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers & onions, barley & veggies
S: ff cottage cheese with ff yogurt
 
Well, i had planned to go home during lunch and eat something healthy, but it started snowing like crazy and the roads are pretty bad, so i was forced to walk to the deli down the block for lunch...x(

b - coffee, egg whites w/ mushrooms, soy bacon
l - veggie panini x( so not good for me
s - baked tortilla chips
d - a salad

today was terrible! darn snow....
