Hello, cheetahs
Marcia :: glad things are warming up…sounds like a hardcore w/out last night!! That scale doesn’t stand a chance against you!
Wendy :: *lol* about the American Girl show…sounds fun!
…How’s your calendar looking for Sun. the 29th?
Judy :: nope, I’m not superstitious…I know, I know! 4 am is ridiculous on my week off, but I am feeling well-rested…Thanks for the reminder about MM. Abs have probably always been my weakest spot, but I am surprisingly getting better with ARX, which makes me happy.
Carole :: I will keep the TurboTax in mind for next year…I went with H&R Block because they did my previous online return for free…This year, it cost me $10, but they will definitely not be getting my money next year…That is AWESOME about John! Hope you enjoy the w/end away.
Linda :: yeah, I do feel SO much better than last month…What I did today *was* at one point a typical workout for me probably about 3x a week. ‘Course, it’s still pretty tame by cheetah standards.
But anyway, I am really, really grateful my dosage could be lowered. Re: the X, come to think of it…I believe I gained in the beginning at first, too…that is why I freaked out a little bit and *attempted* to go to doubles…I thought,
I’m just one of those people who NEEDS cardio, but then the scale sort of leveled off again, and I started noticing the changes in how I looked and how my clothes fit. The measurement test (which I did at the 5 week mark) was a huge surprise.
Jess :: aw, poor Kiersten! This kid’s had it rough!…Too bad about the retreat, but I agree with Jackie, Shelly, & Christine that it’s certainly understandable that you’d need to miss it…AWESOME about the X! The pullup bar has been an issue for me, too (I don’t have one)…but I’m making do w/ the bands.
Jackie :: what is your cc? …Best of luck in tomorrow’s 5K…hope it’s dry!!
Kristi :: great job gaining some speed w/ your 4-miler. I used to find that speedwork really helped me shave off some minutes.
Gayle :: yeah, I’d say that’s a crazy, hardcore cheetah workout *lol*. I definitely can relate to where you’re coming from – I’m guilty of stress eating at times, too…I agree, though, it’s not good to beat ourselves up. Sounds like you’ve got a healthy mentality w/ just starting fresh. Don’t forget, too, that with all that running, you can afford to slip up more than most people.
We picked the right sport.
Christine :: UGH. Don’t blame you for wanting outta that place…So exciting that tomorrow’s PUPPY DAY!…Oh nooo, I definitely am not in the company of the hardest-core cheetahs, but I love hangin’ out with ya’s ‘cause it keeps me honest and helps push me to want to do more.
Sunny :: have a GREAT time on your cruise!!
Shelly :: stinks about having to do training when there’s no need to…I do e-file and love it – the returns come in so quickly!!
Susan :: hope you had a good run today…Did you say Snickers?? I musta missed that. And that kinda stuff doesn’t usually get by me.
