I think anything that is more "metabolic". Workouts such as Afterburn, Supersets, Flextrain, ICE Metabolic Total Body, Bootcamp etc. done with lighter weights and then alternating with pure strength such as Gym Styles etc. Cathe posted something similar this in a response to someone who had fat to burn to see her muscles, not sure if she was an endomorph or not, but I figured it was sound advice. I'll look for the exact post.
